This State of the Child Report was developed by Peninsula Connections for Early Childhood (PCEC), a network of community volunteers who work together to promote the healthy development of young children (birth to age 6) on the Saanich Peninsula.
The State of the Child Report aims to build a foundation of research and data about the status of families with young children on the Peninsula and raise awareness about the conditions and factors that contribute to healthy child development.
