Victoria Child Care Resource & Referral is a quality enhancement program funded by the Government of British Columbia and sponsored by the Single Parent Resource Centre.

Since 1990, we have been supporting families, child care providers, and the community in promoting quality child care throughout Greater Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, and Southern Gulf Islands.
